The sign in password can be from FEATURE 915 to 960 
This means the first time you sign in it may take a long time to find the right feature code, so when you find the right one put a sticker on the system with the feature code. 

When you put the right feature code in the screen will say PASSWORD

The password is ACCESS2.

• Press ADMIN
• Press NEXT 8 times to get serial number
• Press NEXT 7 times to get to application install

• At this point you must choose 2 languages (English     Spanish   French)

 The one language you do not choose is gone forever  !!

To obtain id for Nortel Norstar messaging call pilot 100/150 Mail Box. 

• Dial FEATURE 983
• Dial 1020000  (or 12000 if your system uses 2 digit extensions)
• Dial 44
• Press the add button (this is the first button under display)
• This is the system ID

When you get your codes to add more mailboxes follow steps 1-5 then press OK and add Enter first8 digits of KEY CODE then press OK

• Enter the next 8 digits KEY CODE press OK
• Enter the last 8 digits KEY CODE press OK
• Press Accept
