Media Service Processor Expansion Card (MS-PEC)

The MS-PEC is used to expand the MS-BIC in increments of 8 channels up to a
total of 32 channels. Only 16 channels on any system can be used for voicemail,
however, other channels may be needed to support other applications, like
MINUET. The additional channels are activated by the installation of keycodes,
which are purchased in conjunction with voice mail channel upgrades or other
applications.
The MS-PEC is also the required hardware to support the Speech Recognition
Auto Attendant application
